5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Free and Premium Plans

Quote On The Go offers a Free Tier (limited to 10 active quotations and 5 active invoices) and a Premium Tier (£29/month, offering unlimited quotations, invoices, and additional features). Details of each plan are available on our Pricing Page.

5.2 Payment Terms

For the Premium Tier, you agree to pay the subscription fee as outlined during checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium Tier subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, features, and intellectual property related to the Service, including software, designs, logos, and documentation, are owned by Quote On The Go or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Service.

We take your privacy seriously. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service uses Firebase for secure user authentication and ensures all data is stored and transmitted securely.

Upon termination, your account and access to the Service will be deactivated, but any outstanding payment obligations will remain.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
